16 oz red sauce
1 lg shallot - fine diced
⅓ c white wine
2 cloves garlic/minced
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 dash cayenne
Garnish: fresh parsley & shaved parmesan cheese

Holiday season has just ended, and I can say that I was able to prepare the food that I want to see on my table. Too bad because it's just now that I saw your Shrimp frackers diavolo! It looks really enticing and I could have loved to see it on my table to during Christmas season. The instruction on how to prepare it looks easy, but the recipe doesn't look cheap. Mom is a huge fan of shrimp recipes, and I am sure that she will be happy if I will prepare this one to her.
