Salmon Ravioli w/ Lemon Caper Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Capers
  • 1 large shallot
  • 2 lemons
  • ½ tbsp butter
  • 1 package Salmon Ravioli​

Directions

  • Sautee shallots, add lemon juice and capers
  • Turn off heat, melt in butter slowly with whisk
  • Ravioli: Fasta & Ravioli Co. - Smoked Salmon Ravioli 16 oz.
  • Boil, strain, add to sauce pan
  • Enjoy!​

Pan Seared Salmon w/ Orange & Roasted Pecans w/ Triple Sec Glaze

Ingredients

  • 2 filets of Salmon
  • 1 orange “separated”
  • ½ cup toasted pecans
  • ¾ cup triple sec
  • EVOO
  • Salt & pepper to taste​

directions

  • Season, sautee salmon, remove to rest
  • Add pecans and orange to pan, sautee for 2 minutues
  • Deglaze with Triple Sec, add salmon
  • Reduce to a nice syrup
  • Plate filets and finish with oranges and pecan glaze
  • Enjoy!
