how-to:In a large skillet heat the olive oil. When almost smoking, add the onion and garlic and saute over medium heat until the onions become very soft, about 8 minutes. Add the carrot and saute for 5 minutes. Raise heat to high and add the ground meat. Saute, stirring frequently and breaking up any large lumps and cook until meat is no longer pink, about 10 minutes. Add tomato basil sauce. Season with salt and pepper. This will take approximately 1/2 hour. Finish bolognese with romano cheese. #beef #veal #pasta #bolognese #fresh #fasta

I am craving for some pasta recipe right now, that's why I cam here in your website. I have had enough of truffled pasta and carbonara that is why I am in search of something new already. I am glad to see this bolognese sauce with fresh pasta. Indeed, it offers a brand new taste that I haven't tasted from the previous pasta recipes I have prepared already. I am setting the bar high with these recipe hoping that it was a good one.
