  • 1 lbs. Lemon Pepper Pasta - Cook according to instructions
  • 1 lbs scallops - Strapped
  • ½ butter or 2 sticks - at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon parsley (dried)
  • Garnish: Parsley & lemon zest or gremolata  ​

  • Saute pan, knife, strainer, cutting board, mixer, zester
  • Wine/beer pairing:
  • IPA or Pale Ale
  • Savon Blanc wine​

I love eating and exploring pasta recipes, my friends know that! As I enter the world of cooking, I promised myself that I will focus on pasta recipes since it is mostly about making the sauces delightful and enticing. Based on this post, I can assume that lemon pepper pasta with cayenne compound butter & scallops is really good tasting. I have never tried preparing this one, so I am quite excited to try and see it for myself.
