Smoked Salmon Ravioli W/ a dill cream sauce & Spinach

1 large Shallot - small dice
2 tablespoons Butter
4 oz. White wine
1 tablespoon Dry dill
16 oz Cream - reduced
2 cups fresh spinach
Salt & Pepper
1 lbs smoked salmon ravioli or 1 lbs egg fettuccine
Garnish with: lemons slices & shaved parmesan cheese

At first, I was confused if you were serious about the recipe that you presented. I thought it was just a joke, but I guess it's edible so why not! I am going to try Smoked Salmon Ravioli with a dill cream sauce and spinach anytime soon. Though I had a crazy impression about it, I want to try it.
