Fiesta Chicken & Chipotle Penne
Serves 4
Heat oil in a medium-size skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken until lightly browned. Remove chicken and add green pepper and onion. Sauté until onion is translucent. Add spice packet and stir. Add water and heat until boiling. Add chicken and continue stirring until chicken is hot.
Cover and reduce heat to low.
Boil 1 lb. Fasta Chipotle Penne until al dente. Pour into serving dish. Add chicken mixture and mix. Serve.
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced 1/2” thick
- 1 medium onion, julienned
- 1 pkg. Fajita Seasoning
- 1 Tbs. Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 medium Green Pepper, sliced
- 1 lb. Fasta Chipotle Penne
